1. All Charts must be published without modification in any way.

2.. We reserve the right to withdraw permission to publish at any time.

Web-site use

Hot-linking

We allow "hot-linking" (the serving of images from our web-server directly into your own web-pages) in order to allow you to maintain updated versions of the charts on your webpages.

However, we require that you:

a) Use the HTML provided below for each chart. Your hot-links may not work without this code.

b) Do not hot-link from webpages which are not open to the public (such as subscription only or intra-net pages).

If you wish, please send us your email address and the url of the pages you are hotlinking from, and we will try to keep you informed of any major changes we make to the charts.

Static Charts (not hot-linked)

We ask that you still use the HTML below, but that you modify only the src value to point to the copy of the image that you have placed on your own web-server. You may also wish to add your own "width" and "height" attrributes. (We do not include these in the HTML for hot-linking because the charts may change in size in future.)

Print Publications

You may reproduce the charts with the inclusion of a "Courtesy of ShadowStats.com" note below each chart.
