Terms of Use Note that our agreement covering website usage, has specific terms for a newsletter subscription. In particular: "A subscription to the Site is for your personal use and may be shared by close family members, or by up to three co-workers in an office." If you would like a larger, corporate subscription, please contact us. 
Our Refund Policy We do not provide refunds once a subscription has been activated and used. We will, however, accept requests for refunds within five days of purchase, provided that your login account has not yet been used. |

We use PayPal as our third-party, credit card processor. Paypal is one of the most trustworthy and secure payment processors. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD. When you arrive on PayPal.com, please (unless you have a PayPal account) look for a link inviting you to use a debit or credit card. This tends to be on the lower-right of the page, and may look something like this:
(Although, if you do have an account with PayPal, by all means use it, and you should log in giving your email and password.) PayPal will ask for your credit card details and an email address. You will be invited to open a PayPal account, or to register with them - this is not necessary. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ENTER A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS since that is the only way that we can contact you. Once you complete a payment, three things will happen: - PayPal will email you a receipt. - ShadowStats.com will send you an email with login details. - You will be returned to ShadowStats.com where you will be shown your user-name and password, and be automatically logged-in. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE OUR EMAIL, please contact us and give a telephone number in case we still cannot reach you by email. |
